A study found that sleeping on the ‘wrong side of the bed’ can ruin your day.

According to new research, sleeping on the “wrong side of the bed” can disrupt sleep and negatively impact the remainder of the day.

According to Metro News, a survey of 1,500 adults in the United Kingdom revealed that over half of them experience anxiety about money and employment at least three times per night.

According to the study, people who slept on the right side of the bed had a poorer sleep experience. It was also discovered that the vast majority of persons persisted on sleeping on the same side each night.

Right-side sleepers were discovered to fall asleep faster than left-side sleepers. They awoke, however, more fatigued and annoyed.

These sleepers were less likely to be satisfied with their lives. Right-side sleepers were observed to be troubled more than left-side sleepers during the night.

According to the study, most respondents struggled to get adequate sleep regardless of which side of the bed they slept on.

Some respondents blamed their sleep disruptions on uncomfortable bedding, while others blamed their snoring partners.
