Kuttey’s box office collection: Film fails to impress audiences on third day of release

Kuttey, starring Arjun Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor, is a sequel to Kapoor brothers’ 2012 film Kaminey, but it bombed at the box office this weekend.

According to Hindustan Times, the film’s first weekend earnings were lower than the 3.80 crore that the Hindi version of Varisu earned in its first three days of release. Arjun, Tabu, Naseeruddin Shah, Konkona Sensharma, Radhika Madan, Shardhul Bhardwaj, and Kumud Sharma starred in Aasmaan Bhardwaj’s directorial debut, Kuttey.

In terms of plot, this film is remarkably similar to Kaminey. Each of the three gangs is working on a common goal, but their plans will inevitably intersect. Vishal Bhardwaj composed all of the original music. The original setting of the movie is in Mumbai. Gulzar creates lyrical works of art. Filmmakers Luv Ranjan, Vishal, Ankur Garg, and Rekha Bhardwaj all worked together to make this movie a reality.
