Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda depart the ‘Liger’ event amid a large crowd.

According to NDTV, Ananya Panday and South Indian star Vijay Deverakonda fled the promotional event for their upcoming film Liger midway due to an unmanageable crowd at a mall in Navi Mumbai.

The Liger stars went to a Mumbai mall to promote their film and were overwhelmed by the overcrowding as large crowds gathered to see them. Vijay Deverakonda spotted his crazed fan base, particularly among females seen brandishing posters and doodles, and requested his admirers to calm down.

However, the squad was reportedly forced to abandon the event in the middle due to safety concerns. After the event, Deverakonda and the makers of Liger sent greetings for their fans on their social media accounts.Liger is a sports action film that will be released in many languages on August 25th, including Hindi, Telegu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
