Before performing at the Super Bowl, Rihanna commends Patrick Mahomes for pulling a fantastic prank.
After Patrick Mahomes was recently played a prank on by former NFL player Brandon Marshall, Rihanna showered the quarterback with love.
The 34-year-old Umbrella hitmaker, who will play at the 2019 Super Bowl halftime show, and Marshall, 38, got along when the latter reportedly told Mahomes, 27, that Riri was his favourite quarterback.
“I’m really sorry Patrick that you had to go through that. Still, I believe you’re fantastic. Brandon is an enemy! the Diamonds singer stated in a recent clip Marshall uploaded to his Instagram.
Rihanna chuckled as she listened to Marshall describe the hilarious prank in the opening scene of the video clip.
Matthew Mahomes, Yesterday, I made fun of him. And I cited Rihanna as saying you are the best quarterback in history. He flushed. He grinned. At the conclusion, I said, “Bro, I’m lying.”
“How does it make you feel, hearing that?” The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback responded, “It makes you feel wonderful,” and continued, “Whatever Rihanna says is like the gospels, so I’m thrilled that she went with me for that award.”
The video then changed to Marshall asking Rihanna, “Can you tell him something nice?” as they were speaking.
That’s very cruel, Rihanna remarked. She pointed at Marshall and remarked, “He is mean, okay,” before adding, “I think Mahomes is wonderful.
The description for the video said, “What @badgalriri said!! @patrickmahomes, you may now grinne.
