In April, the sky will be a great place to see a sun eclipse and a meteor shower.
According to a story by Popular Science, the US-based group Astronomers Without Borders has named April “Global Astronomy Month” because there will be so many amazing things to see in the sky during that time.
If you are interested in science and space, this month will give you a lot to see in the sky.
Here are the times when you should look up so you don’t miss the incredible view.

A solar eclipse will make a ring of fire that can be seen for a short time in the Indian Ocean. When it gets to Western Australia, the moon will fully cover the sun, making it dark for about nine minutes during the day.
But this solar eclipse won’t be visible from the US. However, in October, there will be another solar eclipse that will be visible from the western part of the US.
Lyrids meteor shower 2023 will be on April 21–23.
