Kim Kardashian should know that Pete Davidson will always “be there” for her, according to a source.

In the midst of online criticism from her ex-husband Kanye West, Pete Davidson wants his ex Kim Kardashian to know he’s “still there for her.”

The former cast member of Saturday Night Live feels “terrible” for the star of The Kardashians who is the target of fresh cyberattacks from the rapper.

According to a source speaking to Hollywood Life, “Pete is partly relieved that Kanye has limited his attacks against him, but he still feels terrible for Kim that she’s been the major target of his online assaults.”

The insider said, “When they were dating, Kim depended heavily on Pete to be there for her whenever Kanye would go on these tantrums.

“He hopes that she understands he’ll still be there for her if she ever needs a friend to be there and listen,” he said. “He knows she has a tonne of loved ones around right now.”

This comes after Ye’s recent Instagram posts in which he publicly criticised the reality television actress and her family by releasing pictures of their prior discussions.

According to the insider, Pete is hoping that Kanye will “just let it go and move on from drawing him into this controversy.”

The source continued, “He’s not happy about the whole thing and wouldn’t want these conditions on his greatest enemy.”He is aware that he should no longer be involved, but he still wishes there was something he could do to get Kanye to stop, the source said.
