Recently, in an interview, Nick discussed the circumstances behind his proposal. He claimed he popped the question to Priyanka on the day following her 36th birthday. He also explained his decision to propose so soon after her special day.

Jonas told Ryan Seacrest that he had to muster a lot of nerve to pop the question to his longtime girlfriend. He elaborated, “I wanted to propose like, the day after her birthday – birthday was on the 18th, I proposed on the 19th, but I just did it at basically, midnight to make it two separate days.”
