Pakistan decides to restore Wikipedia after brief suspension

ISLAMABAD: On Monday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif told the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to lift the ban on the online encyclopaedia Wikipedia “immediately.” The ban had been in place for two days.
