PM welcomes Saudi authority on Kingdom’s establishing day

(Islamabad) Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday extended heartiest greetings to the leadership of Saudi Arabia on the founding day of the Kingdom.

“On the notable establishing day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I stretch out our heartiest good tidings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HM King Salman canister Abdulaziz, HRH Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman and caring individuals of the Kingdom,” he composed on his online media Twitter handle.

PM Khan also wished prosperity for the people of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.  “May our two countries and our people prosper,” he said.

Interestingly, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is praising the commemoration of the establishing day of the primary Saudi State on February 22, as indicated by the Saudi Gazette.

The day praises the establishing of the First Saudi State, the Emirate of Diriyah, by Imam Muhammad Bin Saud in 1727 – which happened in February of that year.

On January 27, Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Salman gave a Royal Order to celebrate February 22 consistently as the country’s establishing day.
