US defence secretary in a public statement says US, UK forces launch air, ship and submarine strikes against Yemen’s Houthi fighters targeting weapons storage, air defence, and logistic facilities.
Early morning Yemenis have launched dozens of ballistic missiles towards several targets. The Houthis have also warn Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE, no to let their air space to be used by US.
On Wednesday, the Wall Street Journal reported that The United States and Britain are preparing to strike the Houthis.
The Yemenis have warned they will launch a full-scale war if anyone strikes Yemen, including using explosive drones and hitting US bases.
