Ukraine Gets Cluster Munitions :Will it Effect the war !

US president Joe Biden, believes Ukraine war will not linger for years. While US Secretary of Defense Lyold Austin, showed his confidence that Ukraine will be part of NATO once the war with Russia is over. This he expressed in a CNN interview after the NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania.
   Amid all this US President joe Biden has allowed the supply of "Cluster Munitions", to Ukraine. All this despite a ban by many countries including members of NATO.

    The United Nations says such weapons breach the humanitarian Law because they are indiscriminate.
