Watch as a house in Swat is destroyed by raging floodwaters

It has been challenging for the provincial administration to rescue the afflicted residents in the hill stations of Swat, Dir, and Chitral due to the scope of destruction caused by floods throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as a result of record rains.

The destruction that the rains have created is demonstrated in a video of a large house being swept away in the floodwaters. Hundreds of lives have been lost, and many more homes have been broken or destroyed in addition to the roads being damaged.

As the building collapsed seconds after being hit, people can be heard yelling, “Astaghfirullah, Astaghfirullah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar,” in the footage.
