Following the outrage from the public, it has been claimed that Netflix officials have scheduled urgent meetings with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
An inside source revealed this information in the entertainment newsletter The Ankler.The insider began by outlining Netflix’s demands in the wake of Pearl’s cancellation and the declining membership numbers.
The insider claims that “Harry and Meghan held an all-staff meeting. They were quite worried about how this would appear.The insider continued, “Even Meghan wanted to talk to Ted [Sarandos, co-CEO of Netflix],” before drawing a conclusion.
The couple was recently labelled “totally unsuccessful” in the US, according to royal critic Daniela Elser, who also claimed that their “novelty factor had worn off.”
“Harry and Meghan may have official positions and know the Wi-Fi password for Buckingham Palace, but those things do not distinguish them enough for major corporations to happily deposit millions of dollars into their bank accounts in exchange for the opportunity to work with them. She then told News.com.au that “they have to actually do something to prove themselves.”
