Angelina Jolie’s new film ‘Without Blood’ will feature her sons Maddox and Pax.
Angelina Jolie has given her sons Maddox and Pax a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work as assistant directors on her upcoming film Without Blood.
The proud mother has hired her sons, whom she shares with ex-husband Brad Pitt, to work on her upcoming directorial project.
“We work well together,” the 47-year-old Eternals star told People. It felt natural because when a film crew is at its best, it feels like a big family.”
For the uninitiated, Pax, 18, has also collaborated with his mother on her 2017 drama First They Killed My Father. “He worked really hard,” Jolie insisted.
Jolie and Pitt also have three children: Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 16, and 14-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. “I’m proud that they are all very much their own people,” she exclaimed of her children.
“Very different, but still a very close family that learns from one another,” she told the publication.
Without Blood, based on Alessandro Barrico’s 2002 novel, stars Salma Hayek and Demián Bichir in the lead roles.
“The book had an impact on me, as it has on so many other people,” the Wanted actress said of the film. It contains important themes and questions.”
