Asif Ali Zardari, the head of the Pakistan People Party (PPP) and a former president, has tested positive for COVID-19. Bilawal, the PPP chairman and foreign minister, stated that the party’s co-chairman had not only been immunised against COVID-19 but also received booster doses.

Asif Zardari, a former president and co-chairman of the PPP, arrived in Karachi on July 27 after his trip to Dubai was over. According to Bakhtawar Bhutto, his PCR was positive four days ago when he arrived in Dubai, but right now his symptoms are minor, and he is attempting to relax.
