How Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathaan’ controversy has been received by fans

Billion people all around the world consider Shah Rukh Khan to be the undisputed King of Bollywood. However, India’s latest extremist wave has swept the country, making its biggest star a target for extremists.

As reported by DNA India, a seer in Ayodhya has threatened to set fire to the superstar. According to Paramhans Acharya, the saffron hue was slandered in the Pathaan film’s Besharam Rang song.

The adherents of our Sanatan Dharma religion are constantly speaking out against this. The poster of Shahrukh Khan was burned today. “I would burn the film Jihadi Shah Rukh Khan to death if I ever meet him,” the prophet said.

The seer went even further, threatening to torch movie theaters if they showed Pathaan.

Also calling for a boycott of the Siddhant Anand film was Paramhans Acharya. Mahant Raju Das, the priest of Hanuman Garhi, had also spoken out against the movie in the past.

In addition, a written complaint demanding a FIR be registered in relation to Padukone’s use of a saffron bikini in the song Besharam Rang was received by the Mumbai Police.

An official from the Sakinaka police station said on Saturday that a complaint had been made against the film’s producer, director, and leading actors for intentionally exploiting the color saffron to damage people’s religious sensibilities and the Hindu religion.

However, Shah Rukh Khan’s social media followers rallied to his defense.

One of his fans posted: “100% Support for @iamsrk in all of his movies, both past and future.

To be clear, I fully endorse #Pathaan under its current name and this video in its current form.

I’ll spread the word about it in my home nation and among my social circles.
