Imran Khan invites Pakistanis to his ‘power performance’ on August 13.

PTI Chairperson Imran Khan appealed to the public on Friday to attend his party’s independence day celebrations tomorrow (Saturday), when he will reassure Pakistanis about his “Haqiqi Azadi” trip.

In a video message posted on Twitter, the former prime minister invited people to his party’s power display at the National Hockey Stadium in Lahore to commemorate Pakistan’s 75th anniversary.

“Why are you required to come? Because we have to commemorate our 75th birth anniversary, and I have to take you on my journey of Haqiqi Azadi [real freedom],” Imran explained, saying that they had arrived at the final part of the journey.

The PTI chairman told his supporters that they must transform the country, which was founded in the name of La Ilaha Illah Allah, into a nation that bows only to Allah.

“I have invited everyone, and everyone must join with me.” “We will celebrate and deliberate how to achieve the idea that Pakistan was founded on,” stated the PTI leader. The PTI had planned to stage its “power display” at the Islamabad Parade Ground at first.

However, it was moved to Lahore when the government refused to grant permission to organise the meeting at the venue due to TLP opposition. The PTI’s plan to conduct the public gathering at Lahore’s hockey stadium has sparked controversy, as the stadium’s astroturf was removed to make room for the gathering.
