In his career, Akshay Kumar has promised to avoid ‘filthy’ flicks.

Akshay Kumar does not want viewers to ‘wait’ before seeing his flicks.Kumar declared in an interview with PTI that he will never make inappropriate films in his career. As a result, the public can go see his film without reservation.

Following the unusual U certificate for his upcoming film Raksha Bandhan from the Indian censor board, Akshay told PTI that while seeking for various projects in the future, he will make sure that he does not sign any ‘ghinoni’ flicks and that all of his films are liked by family audiences.

“I want to try my hand at other forms of material,” Akshay explained. I don’t want to conjure up any mental images. But one thing is certain: the films I make must be family-friendly.”

“I don’t want to do a ghinoni (filthy) film,” the actor continued. Whether it’s a psycho-thriller or a social drama, families should watch it without reservation. I believe in developing films that would engage the family audience while keeping the message and commercial sides in mind.”

Raksha Bandhan, produced by Colour Yellow Productions, Zee Studios, and Alka Hiranandani in partnership with Cape Of Good Films, is penned by Himanshu Sharma and Kanika Dhillon and stars Bhumi Pednekar and Akshay Kumar.
