Pakistan’s first fashion museum and a big party are coming up.

Three of Pakistan’s most famous fashion designers have joined forces to open the country’s first fashion museum. The museum, along with a big event and an exhibition, will show off the country’s creative history.

Frieha Altaf, Nabila Maqsood, and Fifi Haroon, who have been involved in Pakistani fashion for a long time, said that the Pakistan Fashion Museum will have a collection of clothes from the last 75 years.

In the winter or spring of 2023-2024, the event will begin at a UNESCO World Heritage site in Pakistan.

The Instagram post said, “Frieha Altaf, Nabila, and Fifi Haroon are excited to announce The Pakistan Fashion Museum, the first of its kind in Pakistan, along with The Muse Gala and exhibition, an annual event where designers and their celebrity muses will create a flight of fashion fancy.”

“Together, this venue and event will show Pakistan’s creative history, innovation, and style from the past 75 years and predict the future of Pakistani fashion for the next 75!”

In their video statement, they said, “For more than 30 years, we’ve devoted our lives to Pakistani fashion, both in Pakistan and around the world.”

“Throwing two lifelines to Pakistani fashion,” they said in the release.

“We want to make things, come up with new ideas, and get people excited. We want to have the first fashion gala in Pakistan, where our best designers will work with muses and celebrities to make a place where fashion dreams can run wild.”

They also said that they want to show the world Pakistani fashion by opening the first fashion museum in a city in Pakistan that is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
