The live version of The Little Mermaid is expected to make a huge $110 million in its first four days. The movie will be shown for the first time over the Memorial Day weekend.

If it makes as much as they think it will, it will be the 8th biggest movie to come out on Memorial Day. The biggest movie right now is Top Gun: Maverick, which made $160,5 million in its first four days.

Halle Bailey, an actor and singer, will play the main character, Ariel, in the movie. Melissa McCarthy will play the bad guy, Ursula, in the movie. Eric, Ariel’s love interest, will be played by Jonah Hauer-King. King Triton will be played by Javier Bardem, and Sebastian will be played by Daveed Diggs.

The original movie’s composer, Daveed Diggs, rewrote the music for the remake, and Lin Manuel Miranda, who wrote and stars in Hamilton, wrote new songs for the remake.
