Zaman Park is still under siege.

PTI workers battled capital police in intense clashes for more than 11 hours, assisted by their Punjabi counterparts and later Rangers men. As dusk fell in Lahore, the PTI had gotten the upper hand. In addition to opening fresh fronts throughout the city, it had also forced security personnel to flee from Zaman Park due to the inflow of PTI supporters.

It was decided to make another attempt to detain the PTI head and finish the operation before dawn at a late-night meeting called by the interim chief minister of Punjab to assess the security situation in the provincial capital.
