Zartaj Gul visits flood hit areas, monitors relief work

RAJANPUR: Former state minister Zartaj Gul visited flood-affected districts to oversee relief efforts in Dera Ghazi Khan district.

Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Anwar Baryar and MPA Mohiuddin Khosa were with her. The delegation went to Shahiwala, Kot Chhutta, Basti Jaam, Basti Mamoori, and a few more places. Additionally, they gave rations and other necessities to flood-affected families. While interacting with the public, Zartaj Gul promised that flood-affected families would receive all available aid.

The afflicted areas will receive more rations, according to Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhary Pervez Elahi.

Speaking as well, MPA Mohiuddin Khosa said that the government will not abandon the populace during this crucial time.
