Fahad Mustafa has been named a “honorary Sindh police officer.”
Off-screen, actor Fahad Mustafa, who played a cop named Gulab in his recent film Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad, has been named an honorary superintendent of police.
The Jeeto Pakistan presenter turned to Instagram to post a selfie with IG Sindh Police Ghulam Nabi Memon, who was awarded the title of Honorary Superintendent of Police (SP) in real life.
“Today, I firmly feel SHO Gulab has realised his greatest ambitions,” Mustafa wrote.
“Many thanks to IG Sindh Police Ghulam Nabi Memon for bestowing the title of Honorary Superintendent of Police (SP) on me on Independence Day and bringing Gulab’s dreams to fruition.”
“I shall never forget the love and support you all have shown to this character and Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad, and I hope to continue serving my nation proudly!” he added.
Mustafa’s film Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad is about the scourge of bribery and how everyone involved in illicit activities needs to be reminded of their morals and the lofty hopes the nation’s founder had for us.
