Ranbir Kapoor gets into trouble after making a remark regarding Alia Bhatt’s pregnancy.

The soon-to-be released Brahmastra, directed by Ayan Mukerji, will have Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt together onscreen. Alia was pregnant while the movie was in production.

The celebs have recently been spotted advocating for limiting advertising time during appearances.

When questioned about this, Alia responded, “If you’re wondering why we aren’t phailod (spread) everywhere, right now our concentration is…,”

Before she could finish speaking, Ranbir interrupted her and remarked, “Well I can claim somebody has phailod (spread),” adding that he was making a joke about it.

Netizens are heavily criticising the comment since they believe Ranbir body shamed Alia in front of the camera, and many are guessing about his behaviour with his wife off-camera.

Alia and Ranbir were married in April, and in June, Alia made the pregnancy news public.
