To replace Vidya Balan in the ‘Dirty Picture’ sequel are Kriti Sanon and Taapsee Pannu?

According to India Today, the film The Dirty Picture, starring Vidya Balan, will soon have a sequel.

The original movie, which starred Vidya, Emran Hashmi, Naseeruddin Shah, and others, won a lot of appreciation for the performance, script, and director.

According to a source “The Dirty Picture 2 is currently under development. Vidya Balan, however, has not yet been contacted for the movie.”

“The film’s script has not yet been started. The sequel might provide insight into Silk Smitha’s formative years.”

However, the movie’s creators have not provided any official confirmation. However, rumours are circulating that Taapsee Pannu or Kriti Sanon could take Vidya’s position.The Dirty Picture, directed by Milan Luthria, brought in an astounding INR 117 crore at the box office. The movie helped Vidya win her first national award, while the song Ooh La La rose to the top of 2011’s song charts.
