By her sister Samantha, Meghan Markle was given a new warning.

Samantha Markle, who is Meghan Markle’s half-sister, is said to be trying to re-file a “stronger” case against her.

Her sister, who didn’t get along with her, said that Prince Harry’s wife told “malicious lies” in an interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021 and in comments to journalists in 2020.

But a judge in Florida threw out the case because Samantha’s words were her opinion and “could not be shown to be false.”

The Duchess of Sussex won a defamation case her sister brought against her last week.

A story says that Samantha’s legal team plans to put more weight on what Markle said during her interview with Winfrey in 2021.

In a statement, Samantha’s lawyer said, “This upcoming amendment will take care of some legal issues that are related to our claims of defamation as they relate to the Oprah interview on CBS.”

The lawyer also said that they were looking forward to making a “even stronger case” for the defamation case against Meghan Markle.
