Putin says Russia is ready to negotiate with Ukraine.

Putin claims Western powers are attempting to dismantle Russia.
The West and Kyiv are being accused of being unwilling to negotiate.
They claim that 99.9 percent of Russians are prepared to fight for their country.
MOSCOW: President Vladimir Putin stated in an interview broadcast on Sunday that Russia is willing to dialogue with all parties involved in the conflict in Ukraine, but that Kyiv and its Western allies have failed to do so.

The invasion of Ukraine by Russia on February 24 has resulted in the deadliest conflict in Europe since World War II and the worst standoff between Moscow and the West since the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962.

As of right now, the battle shows no signs of ending.

Kyiv has stated that it will not stop fighting until all Russian troops are removed from Ukrainian soil. This includes the annexation of Crimea by Russia in 2014.

Putin said in an interview with Rossiya 1 state television, “We are willing to speak with everyone involved about appropriate solutions, but that is up to them – we are not the ones refusing to discuss, they are.

In an interview released this month, CIA Director William Burns indicated that the agency’s conclusion was that Russia was not yet serious about a true dialogue to end the war, despite the fact that most hostilities end in negotiation.

Russian President Vladimir Putin needs to get back to reality and realize that it is Russia that does not want to negotiate, according to an adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.

Mykhailo Podolyak tweeted, “Russia unilaterally attacked Ukraine and is slaughtering citizens.” Russia is unwilling to negotiate and evades blame.

There is “no way out.”
Because the West, led by the United States, is trying to tear Russia apart, Putin claimed Russia was acting in the “correct way” in Ukraine. The United States government in Washington has often denied rumors that it is planning the collapse of Russia.

“Defending our nation’s and its people’s best interests is, in my opinion, exactly the appropriate course of action to take. In addition, we must take this measure to safeguard the public “Putin remarked.

When asked if the geopolitical tension with the West was getting out of hand, Putin responded, “I don’t think it’s so hazardous.”

After the pro-Russian president of Ukraine was overthrown in the Maidan Revolution protests of 2014, Putin blamed the West for starting the crisis in Ukraine.

Russia’s annexation of Crimea and its support for separatist groups fighting Ukrainian government troops in eastern Ukraine followed closely on the heels of the revolution.

Putin added, “In fact, the essential point here is the approach of our geopolitical opponents which is aimed at ripping apart Russia, historical Russia.

Putin portrays the “special military operation” in Ukraine as a defining moment when Moscow defied a Western bloc that, in his view, has been plotting Russia’s destruction since the Soviet Union’s collapse in 1991.

The Ukrainian government and the West claim that Putin has no justification for his imperialistic occupation war that has caused untold agony and death in Ukraine.

Putin said Russia a “special country” whose citizens were nearly unanimous in their desire to defend their homeland.

It’s not out of the ordinary for me to see 99.9 percent of our compatriots, our people, willing to offer everything for the interests of the Motherland, Putin remarked.

“Again, this proves to me that Russia is a special place, inhabited by remarkable people. All of Russia’s past verifies this to be true.”
