The daughter of former national cricket team captain Shahid Afridi is engaged to the 6-foot-6 pacer.

Ansha Afridi’s rukhsati ceremony, in honor of her father Shahid Afridi, is anticipated to happen later.

The ceremony’s preparations have begun with both families. Two years ago, the pacer proposed to Ansha.

Shaheen will begin working on the eighth Pakistan Super League season.

The 21-year-old admitted during an appearance on the Geo News program “Aik Din Geo Kai Sath” that he wanted to wed Ansha, Afridi’s daughter.

It was my wish, and now, Alhumdulillah, my wish has been granted. Shaheen told the interviewer, Sohail Warraich, in a blushing voice, “I met her and will meet her soon.”

The core of Pakistan’s bowling attack is Afridi. In the 50 over format, he made his international debut for the Pakistani national team in April 2018. In December of the same year, he began his Test career.
