Peshawar Zalmi: PSL 8 schedule and likely lineups
The eagerly anticipated Pakistan Super League will see Peshawar Zalmi return with a vengeance.
The Zalmis, under Babar Azam’s direction, have already begun practising in Karachi as the eighth PSL season approaches.
The team’s back-to-back practises are a blatant indication that the Zalmis plan to compete at the top of their game.

The only PSL team to participate in every PSL playoff round is Peshawar Zalmi. In 2017, the yellow army won their first and lone championship.
The only PSL team to qualify for the competition’s final four times is Zalmi, it should be emphasised.
In Lahore in 2017, Zalmi defeated Quetta Gladiators to win the prestigious PSL trophy. Nevertheless, they were defeated in the PSL finals in 2018, 2019, and 2021.
